Class Enrollment Policies
- Classes are first-come first serve basis.
- Verbal registrations are not accepted.
- Only persons already employed in the HVACR field or a related field such as; electrical, plumbing and building maintenance are eligible to attend.
- Due to limited availability, seating cannot be guaranteed until receipt of payment.
- Only a completed registration form with payment included will reserve a seat.

- If paying by check the registration form and amount due must be mailed to Advantage AC Training as soon as possible to lock in your reservation. (please write applicants name and class name on check)
- The only credit cards accepted are MasterCard and VISA
- A Purchase order may be used for payment but must be pre-approved.
- Tuitions paid by credit card will be processed immediately upon receipt of the registration application (if accepted into the class). If the credit card is declined at time of processing, the card holder will be notified.
- Applicants will receive a letter by e-mail indicating either acceptance or non-acceptance in a given class.
