Participant Preparation & Class Conduct Policy

• Students are requested to arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to pick up class materials and be ready to start on time.
• All participants are required to print name and company name neatly on the attendance sheet on arrival at the class.
• At beginning of class participants must be prepared to complete a student questionnaire with:

• company mailing address
• company/supervisors name and phone number
• company e-mail address and/or personal e-mail address

• Students sometimes arrive late for reasonable good reason. However, when arriving late they should do so quietly to not disrupt the class and must complete student questionnaire at first break and return it to instructor.
• Students should bring pencil(s), pencil sharpener and a calculator to class.
• Students are required to clean up their area before leaving.
• Students should be on their best behavior in class.
• All cell phones and pagers must be turned OFF or to vibrate during class.
  • All calls must be handled quietly outside of the classroom.
• Advatage AC Training is not responsible for meals.

Students that are disruptive or behave improperly will be required to leave. Their employer will be notified and there will be no refund and no certificate.
