Class Cancellation/Refund Policies
- In the unlikely event that the instructor does not show up for a class, the prepaid tuition will be refunded or if agreed to by customer the participant will be enrolled in rescheduled class held within reasonable time period.
- In the event that severe weather prevents a scheduled class from being held, the class will be rescheduled if agreed to or the prepaid fee will be refunded to the class participant.
- In the event that a class is cancelled due to any reason, the prepaid fee will be refunded to the class participant or if agreed to by the customer the participant will be enrolled in rescheduled class held within a reasonable time period.
- In the event the class participant needs to cancel his/her registration for a scheduled class, the cancelation must be received by email at least 3 working days before the class date. If cancelation is received at least 3 working days in advance of the class start date only a $25.00 cancelation fee will incur and the remainder of the tuition will be refunded. To cancel a technician for a class write “CANCEL” in large bold letters on the original completed registration form and email to AdvantageACTraining@outlook.com. If cancelation is received less than 3 days before the class it will result in the loss of 40% of your payment. Only the remaining 60% will be refunded.
NOTE: Another student from the same company may be substituted right up to the very beginning of the class. The substitute student must inform the instructor that he/she is substituting for the original student at the start of class. Also, to substitute a technician write “SUBSTITUTE” in large bold letters on the original completed registration form with the substitute students name at bottom and email to AdvantageACTraining@gmail.com.
- No shows cannot simply show up for the next scheduled class. No shows will result in the loss of 40% of their payment. The remaining 60% will be refunded. If a company cancels or no shows student the second time within a year there will be no refund. No shows and those that cancel less than 3 days before the class date will not receive class materials unless they pay a $25.00 shipping and handling fee. A$25.00 check payment for the materials must be received before the materials can be shipped.
- Students that leave class unreasonably early will not receive a certificate and will not receive a refund. Their employer will be notified.
